Short answers about Enough, the seven mornings, and your data.
How do the seven mornings work?
You get seven mornings of the full app, starting when you record your first note. No payment details. After that you can continue for £4.99 a month, or stop.
When am I charged?
Only if you choose to continue after the seven mornings, or you subscribe earlier from Settings. Then you are billed on the same date each month.
How do I cancel?
Cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. You keep Enough until the end of the month you have already paid for.
What if a payment fails?
Apple or Google will retry. You keep access for a short grace period. If it still fails, the app will ask you to update payment in your store account.
I got a new phone.
Sign in with the same Enough account. Your plan comes with you. You should not need to restore a purchase.
What do Fire, Glass, Tennis Ball, For kids and For you mean?
Fire is must happen today. Glass can't be dropped. Tennis Ball is fine to drop today. For kids is fun, not logistics. For you is you, not logistics.
What if I don't finish everything?
It will be there in the morning. Nothing is overdue.
What happens to my tasks if I stop?
They stay on your account. If you continue later, they are still there. We do not delete them just because a month ended.
What happens to my voice notes?
The recording is deleted as soon as we have sorted it. We keep the text of the note for 14 days, then that goes too. Open tasks stay until you mark them done or not needed.
Is deleting my account the same as cancelling?
No. Delete removes your Enough account and data. It does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel that in Apple or Google first, or you may still be charged.
